私が魅了され続ける普通の日本人の少年への憧れを写し出した写真作品である。
ストリート、ファッション、ポートレートの要素を織り交ぜながら、儚い美しさや親密さ、そして届かない憧れを描き出し、記録と幻想のあわいに存在する世界を表現している。
頭の中の幻想は、時の流れで消えてしまうこともあることに今は気づいたが、写真での記録はずっと残していく気がする。

These photographs reflect my enduring fascination with an ordinary Japanese boy — a longing I find myself unable to look away from.
Weaving together elements of street, fashion, and portrait, the work traces a fragile beauty, an intimacy, and a yearning just out of reach, inhabiting a space somewhere between document and dream.
I now understand that the fantasies we hold in our minds can dissolve with time — yet what is captured in a photograph feels as though it will remain, long after.
