Manga artist Yoshiharu Tsuge has a devoted fan base for his surrealistic style in works such as “Nejishiki” and “Gensenkan Shujin.” His recent Showa-era retro boom and his winning of the Angoulême International Manga Award in 2020 have brought him back into the spotlight.
